A buried lid is part of the job
Wes asks whether the concrete lid is exposed before a truck is promised for the same afternoon.
A pump-out starts at the lid. If it is under six inches of sod, the first hour is a probe and a shovel, not a hose in the tank. Wes asks if the caller can see the concrete, and how many lids there are.
Risers that come to grade are a different visit than a lid last seen when the house was built. The note goes to the company before they claim the request.
Do not tell the caller the truck will be in the driveway in an hour if nobody knows where the tank is.
